13. How to pay the order?
To make an order, you are required to pay a 50% down payment from the deal price.
14. How to order without paying a down payment?
We are not responsible for the availability of the car that you order, if ordering without paying 50% down payment of the price.
15. How to pay the order?
You can directly come to our office or you can also pay it by transferring to bank accounts; BNI, BCA and Mandiri. For our bank account numbers, we will send them via SMS or Email by request.
16. What should you do after paying a down payment?
After paying the down payment, please contact us again by mentioning the amount of money that you have transferred, customer’s bank account, and customer’s name via phone / SMS to the phone number listed in this website.
17. How to pay off the payment?
The payoff can be given to the driver (if you order a Car+Driver package) or it can be deposited to our staff who delivers and takes the car (if you order a car without a driver).
18. Is there any payment proof?
We will include the invoice/receipt of payment that you can get via email or you can take it directly from our staff (by request).
19. What if there is an accident?
If you order a Car+Driver package, all damages become the responsibility of the driver. But if you take a car package without a driver, all of the damages that may arise become your responsibility.
