5 After you have gotten the information about the availability of product and tariff informed by our Customer Service, please make a down payment of 50% of the agreed tariff.
6 There are two methods to make the down payment: :

Off Line: You can directly come to our marketing office (see map) and make the payment in cash.h

On Line: You can make a bank transfer. There are 3 bank account numbers that we provide; BNI, Mandiri and BCA. We will provide our bank account numbers after we have come to an agreement. We will send the bank account numbers to your email or another contact that you want.

7 Before you send the down payment, You MUST make a confirmation to us through the contacts that we provide to make it easier for us to record the service that you order.
8 At least 10 minutes after the transfer, you have to make a confirmation to us through the contacts we provide in order us to easily process your order.
9 After you have made the confirmation, our Customer Service will check it and contact you to confirm.
10 After receiving your payment, we will inform you the details of the product that you order including the car type, the driver’s name and phone number. The driver’s contact details will be given one day before he picks you up.
11 To complete the rest of the payment (50%), you can give it to the driver or guide who will serve you. He will also give you the invoice.
12 If you want to order another product, please consult it with our Customer Service. We are not responsible for the risks if you order it through our driver/driver crew or guide.

2 If the tourism object that we offer you is not what you really want, you can make your own destination.
3 You may create your own tour or change, add, or reduce the tourism object from our package list.
4 You can also book hotel, guest house, villa, restaurant, tourism object entrance ticket via our customer service.

7 If you have selected the tour package that you want, you can book it via online. Please fill out the following form as complete as possible in order us to easily calculate the tariff and conform with the stock available.
